“Neptune Villas was an amazing place to stay in Turks and Caicos. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the whole area feels peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Our villa had its own little pool, which was a great spot to relax after being out in the sun. The full kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook, and the extra amenities made our beach days so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a place I’d happily return to.”

"The room was large and very well equipped and decorated, except for the mattress of the sofa bed which was really bad. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution. We didn’t like either the fixed mosquito nets on the terrace; the fixed nets become dusty and the view on the ocean were definitely ruined by the nets. We also didn’t appreciate the poor service on the beach: at 5 pm all the chairs were stacked just in the middle of the beach, and guests had to move their staff elsewhere. Also be aware that the hotel is just next a huge construction site of new hotel/condos: it is fair to say that the construction is visible from many other places of the beach and that there are also many other construction sites all over the island. Yet, the Sands is just next to it. Overall, the structure is nice with well kept gardens, and with a small effort from the management it will definitely improve a lot. "
