“I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. On top of that , the daily rate presented is misleading ,...

“Struttura piacevole con una piccola piscina al suo interno. A pochi metri vi è l'accesso ad una meravigliosa spiaggia dove vi sono gli ombrelloni e le sdraio dell'hotel. Ampio parcheggio per gli ospiti. Colazione "light"”

“Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay.”
“Everything was too-notch and clean. Location on the island is perfect - especially if you are willing to rent a car and visit the local beaches.
Best reef and snorkeling - with equipment available for a small fee.
The appliances were all new and they kept coffee and necessities well stocked.
We would recommend this hotel for any visiting Turks and Caicos.”

“Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :)
Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. ”
“The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach. ”
“I celebrated my 32nd birthday at the Rockhouse resort and it was amazing. Everything about the rockhouse feels intentional, it's not just a resort, it is an experience. Definitely worth it and would recommend to others!
The only issue we had was the dining options at night. We really wanted lobster pizza, however it was not in season (obviously, not their fault). However, we felt that the restaurant on site had limited options.”

E’ una struttura penalizzata da un enorme albergo in costruzione propio accanto che produce un rumore continuo di cui avremmo dovuto essere informati ciò non consente di godere neanche della spiaggia E ‘ una struttura adatta a famiglie numerose ma non a coppie che desiderano quiete. "
